What is ReefHyre?

A recruitment advertising and introduction service run from Mount Isa, Queensland. ReefHyre publishes home-based roles for employers and passes on applications. ReefHyre does not employ, schedule, supervise or pay applicants.

How does ReefHyre earn money?

Employers pay ReefHyre for advertising and introductions. Applicants never pay: no application charges, no training charges, no deposits.

Does ReefHyre check employers?

ReefHyre contacts each employer directly before a role is listed, and makes sure the listing matches what the employer has said.

What does ReefHyre not check?

ReefHyre's checks are not audits. ReefHyre does not visit workplaces, examine employer finances or oversee work after a person starts.

Can ReefHyre guarantee a job or income?

No. ReefHyre does not promise employment, a set income, hours or payment timing. Agree those with the employer, in writing, before starting.

Where do ReefHyre's roles come from?

Directly from employers. ReefHyre does not copy roles from other websites or post roles only to collect contact details.

How can I spot someone misusing ReefHyre's name?

ReefHyre will never ask you for money, text message codes, banking passwords or transfers. Anyone who does is not ReefHyre; please report it.

What happens to my application?

ReefHyre HR reads it and shares it only with the employer for the role you chose. It is never sold or used for marketing. Every service involved is listed in the ReefHyre Privacy Policy.

What if an ad says something different?

Ads for ReefHyre are meant to match reefhyre.com. If you see a difference, send the ad to careers@reefhyre.com; ReefHyre will check and correct the inaccurate one.

What do employers agree to?

Employers listing with ReefHyre agree to describe roles accurately, update ReefHyre quickly when roles fill, provide written terms before work begins and pay their workers themselves. Any employer that requests money from applicants is removed.

Does ReefHyre charge for training?

No. Any training linked to a ReefHyre role is free to applicants and is meant only to explain how the work is done. ReefHyre will never sell courses, starter kits or materials as a condition of applying, and an employer that tries to do so is removed from reefhyre.com.

What does ReefHyre say about hours and devices?

Roles on reefhyre.com are described as flexible and phone friendly because employers have told ReefHyre the work can be done that way. The employer confirms the actual arrangements, and if they turn out to be different from the listing, please tell ReefHyre so the listing can be corrected.

How does ReefHyre protect applicants' privacy?

Only the information needed to process an application is collected by ReefHyre, it is shared solely with the relevant employer and it is never sold. The ReefHyre Privacy Policy sets out the details and your rights to access or remove it.

Why does ReefHyre use WhatsApp?

ReefHyre uses WhatsApp because it lets applicants get answers quickly. You start the conversation yourself, and ReefHyre does not send unsolicited messages. Email at careers@reefhyre.com is available for anyone who prefers not to use WhatsApp.

How often does ReefHyre review this statement?

This statement is checked by ReefHyre at least yearly and whenever its services, suppliers or ads change. The most recent update date appears above, and you can ask careers@reefhyre.com for a previous version.

How do I report a problem?

Send the details, and a screenshot if possible, to careers@reefhyre.com. ReefHyre handles reports about listings, ads and impersonation through that address, replies in writing and keeps reports confidential.

What happens after I report?

ReefHyre looks into every report. Where a listing is inaccurate, ReefHyre removes it, pauses related advertising, contacts the employer and lets you know the result.

🔔 Gentle reminder — ReefHyre will not process an application until you WhatsApp HR.
